The feeder is made in the UK using British steel. Inside, the removable feed tray is made from galvanised steel. This ensures the feeding area remains rust-free and safe for bird food, even as the outer shell develops its aged look.

Refilling and cleaning are simple. The tray can be lifted out, cleaned, and topped up with fresh seed before being placed back into the feeder. This makes it easy to keep feeding areas hygienic and well stocked without removing the full unit from its mounted position.

The wide sloped roof is designed to protect feed from the weather. It extends beyond the tray on all sides, helping rain run off rather than soaking the food.
